Privacy notice
Last updated 7 August 2026
This notice explains what happens to personal data when you visit luminecore.com or write to us. The controller is Luminecore Ltd, a private limited company registered in Cyprus.
What this website collects
The site is a set of static pages. It sets no cookies, runs no analytics or advertising scripts, and asks you for nothing.
Serving a page still produces a technical log entry at our hosting and content-delivery layer: your IP address, the time of the request, the page requested, the referring page and your browser's user-agent string. We use those logs to deliver the site, keep it available and defend it against abuse. That processing rests on our legitimate interest in operating a secure website. Log entries are kept for a short period and then discarded.
If you email us
When you write to [email protected] we receive your address, your message and anything you attach. We use it to answer you and to keep a record of the exchange, and we keep it for as long as the business relationship or a legal obligation requires. We do not add you to a mailing list and we do not sell or rent contact details to anyone.
Who else sees the data
Our hosting and content-delivery providers process technical log data on our instructions, and our email provider processes correspondence on the same basis. We disclose personal data beyond that only where the law requires it.
Your rights
If you are in the European Economic Area, the GDPR gives you the right to:
- ask what personal data we hold about you and receive a copy;
- have inaccurate data corrected, or data we no longer need erased;
- ask us to restrict or object to processing based on legitimate interest;
- receive data you gave us in a portable format;
- complain to a supervisory authority — in Cyprus, the Office of the Commissioner for Personal Data Protection.
To exercise any of these, email [email protected]. We reply within one month.
