Delete your account

This page explains how to delete your account in the WithYou app, operated by LumineCore Limited, and what happens to your data afterwards.

Delete in the app

• Open the WithYou app and sign in.
• Go to Profile and open the Profile tab.
• Tap Terminate my account and confirm.

Delete without the app

If you no longer have the app installed, email [email protected] with the subject "Account deletion request" from the email address linked to your account. We may ask you to confirm that the account is yours before we delete it.

Subscriptions

Deleting your account does not cancel a subscription bought through Google Play. Cancel it in Google Play › Subscriptions to stop future charges.

What happens to your data

• Your account is deactivated immediately: you can no longer sign in, and your profile is no longer available in the app.
• Your conversations, media and the characters you created are kept for up to one year after deletion and are then permanently deleted.
• Payment and transaction records are kept for as long as tax, accounting and other legal obligations require.
